PERSONAL TRAINING
Movement for Health Personal Training specialises in all types of individual and small group training. We are here to help you get the most from your training, providing flexible training arrangements, ongoing support and education around your health and fitness.
We can come to you, or you can come and train with us at one of our locations.

TRAINING PROGRAMS
Whether you're just starting out training or you've been working at it for years, Movement for Health Personal Training can craft the perfect program for you.
We offer programs ranging from a simple 4-week gym block right through to a curated yearly training plan. These are perfect for those of you looking for a specific training outcome, whether that be a sporting pre-season, upcoming event, preparing for an adventure trip, rehab and recovery post-injury or just something to spice your training up.
We now also offer on-going programming via the Team Buildr platform, with prices starting from as little as $15/week. Let us plan your weekly training for you, taking out all the stress and guesswork and ensuring a great workout every time!
EXERCISE CLASSES
Come join our Lunch Class at Stepz Lismore! Thursdays at 1pm
Join us for a short and sharp, high intensity lunch-time workout on Thursdays at 1! Expect to get your heart rate up as we power through a mixture of strength and cardio based training for the half hour session. Pay casually through Stepz (Fitness Passport accepted too!)
We cater for private outdoor exercise classes as well! Perfect for friends to catch up or colleagues to sweat out the woes of the working day, we can match the session to your needs and numbers.

TRAINING
Getting into a health and fitness regime can be difficult – where and how do you start, where do you go, what do you do? All these questions and more can be overwhelming, and can ultimately lead to you avoiding it all! Let us take the care of the difficult part so you can arrive and have the perfect session ready to go.
We cater to all ages and many differing levels of strength, movement ability and health. Looking to train with a friend, partner or as a part of a small group? We have seen it all before and can craft the ideal package to suit your training needs.
Whether you’re looking for some training to kick-start your own program, an on-going training regime with Johann or you’re just curious to spice it up, we can cater to your needs. We also work with many NDIS participants covering a range of abilities.
PROGRAMS
A fresh training program can be just the kick you need to get your training motivation back! We pride ourselves on the quality of our programs, so we will collaborate with you in editing and updating the program until it exceeds your needs and expectations!
We offer training programs through the Team Buildr platform which is the perfect way to have your training curated for you, right at the palm of your hand. This means we are able to program for clients all over Australia, and even internationally, specific to their training space and level of ability. Not only that, but the app allows for ongoing support and check-ins to keep you on track!
When it comes to program goals you are only limited by your imagination. We can craft programs to assist in improving strength and musculature, working on your compound lift technique and ability, sports based athletic development, wholistic programs incorporating load progressions for runners and cyclists, resistance programs for pre- and post-partum Mothers or on-going programs to aid with activities of daily living.

CLASSES
Come and join our Lunch Class on Thursdays at 1pm at Stepz, Lismore! Expect a high intensity interval style session incorporating strength exercises with bodyweight resistance training, all tied together in a fun and sweaty half hour class.
Alternatively, if you've got a group that are keen to do their own small group class then get in touch and we can set up a private class catered to your needs. We can run indoors or outdoors and can be flexible in finding the ideal venue.
These private classes are the perfect way to get a group of friends or colleagues together and sweat out the woes of the working day! If you already have a group together who are keen to get started, please let us know so we can get things moving ASAP and can get you started with your weekly class!
If you have a smaller group who are interested and would like to float the idea of a general access class then let us know and we can do the heavy lifting for you in finding a regular time slot and location for yourselves and others to get stuck into some group fitness training .
